• We are a group of professional Japanese instructors in the greater Tokyo area (including Chiba, Saitama, Kanagawa, and Gunma)and Sapporo,and Aachen,Germany.  Based on the concept of "work sharing" found in the Netherlands, we operate only among the Japanese language instructors.  Of course, all of us possess a license to teach Japanese to foreigners.
• All of our operations are operated via the Internet.  Examples are: schedule management for instructors, daily tasks, communications, finances, and, of course, the most important part of our business "teaching method" is developed by sharing the teaching database. 
• Our online office contains over 4500 pages, and they are used everyday to discuss the needs of an effective teaching method.

• We chose not to operate as a company. Instead, our operation is conducted based on `work sharing`.
  As a result, we are able to achieve the lowest lesson fee of 4500Yen/60min as a professional teaching organization.  All of our tasks are shared among instructors; hence, the lowest cost to run the organization.
• Only the textbooks need to be purchased by a student.  No other fees are necessary. 
• Payment is due after the lesson or can be arranged by the end of the month.  We are proud of our flexibility based on the concept of “work sharing”.

• The easiest way is to try our lesson.  Our staff is composed of professional instructors, and we only have instructors who have passed our requirements and an interview.  Everyone is proud to work as a private Japanese language instructor. 
• We can appoint an instructor within 24 hours from a request of a lesson.  Response comes directly from the appointed instructor.  Once the instructor is appointed, you will meet him/her in person to discuss your request, plans, and a curriculum. This initial consultation is free of charge.
• Your instructor is responsible for your entire lesson.  Please feel free to consult any requests or concerns to your instructor.  You do not need to contact our main office once the instructor is appointed.
  
• Over 100 lesson materials are shared among instructors.  Regular reporting is conducted regarding lessons, and instructors advise each other on ways to improve the lessons.  In theory, your lesson is supported by over 20000 hours of experience. 
• No contract is required.  If you are not satisfied with your lesson, you can terminate it anytime.

• For corporate lessons, try our lesson "Web Japanese".  We have arranged a lesson for nearly 20 organizations including an embassy.  We can arrange a lesson to meet your requests.

• All of our instructors are proficient on the Internet.  E-mails are checked every morning and evening.  Each instructor has his or her own password-protected support page.  Students can check the support page anytime to check the schedule of an instructor.  You can also download the learning material for exercises.  We also have a piece of information about traveling.

  We are proud to have access from all over the world, including countries from Africa and Asia where limited information is available about the Japanese language.  Our page view exceeds 45000 per month, and it is considered one of the largest websites for students learning Japanese.  We do not advertise our website, but the website is ranked in the top 10 listings at  search engines such as Google.   
  
  
  All of our contents are free of charge.  Kanji worksheet is being updated daily, and a winner is selected daily for Kanji exercise.  Reading exercises for intermediate students have been updated weekly since 1997 summer.  These contents are distributed weekly to over 150 people in the world.  Since 2003, we update the column for Japanese idioms weekly.
