Simple Stir-fry in Three Colours簡単3色炒め

Sometimes you want one more beer snack and you don’t really want to muck around with cooking too much. This is one of our home recipes that’ll help you with that. Simply by stir-frying the ingredients, you’ll get a quick but colourful snack!

➡  Ingredients (for four people)

  • One bag of green peppers (about 5-7)
  • A can of corn
  • 5-6 fish sausages
  • A little bit of salt, pepper and salad oil

➡ Recipe

  1. Cut the green peppers and fish sausages into 1.5 centimetre-squares. Drain the water off the can of corn.
  2. With some oil in the frying pan, stir-fry the green peppers, fish sausages and corn.
  3. Adjust the taste by adding salt and pepper.

💡 Tips

  1. If you overcook the green peppers, they will discolour. Please be careful!

➡  材料 (4人分)

  • ピーマン・・・1袋(5~7個)
  • コーン缶・・・1缶
  • ソーセージ・・・5~6本
  • 塩・・・少々
  • 胡椒・・・少々
  • サラダ油・・・少々

➡ 作り方

  1. ピーマンとソーセージを1.5cm角に切る。コーン缶は水気を切る。
  2. フライパンに油をひき、ピーマン・ソーセージ・コーンを炒める。
  3. 塩・胡椒で味を調える

💡 ポイントあれこれ

  1. ピーマンは長く炒め過ぎると、色が汚くなるので気をつけて下さい。
