We are a freelance group that deals with publishing and not a corporate organization.
Our projects will be formed on a one project per book basis.
In addition to our main editorial staff, we have designers, translators, and narrators who are on royalty contract. We make books at low cost, then publish ebooks and paper editions in the U.S., Europe and other regions through online bookstores such as Amazon. We are a new type of publishing group that sells books that are related to Japan or Japanese language abroad.
Our projects are based on a self-supporting system and each individual will be paid by the job. (We will pay for the necessary costs for publishing.) Authors, translators and all other staff are based on revenue sharing, not on a consignment contract. We will draw up a contract when a project is approved. When all the relevant staff agree and sign a contract, the project begins.
You will be working in the online virtual office most of the time. Therefore, please note that we can only consider your application if you have good computer and online experience.
Please contact us for more details.
