Now I am studying Japanese painting at an art college.
The technique of Japanese painting was introduced from China and was developed in its own way. Basically, it is expressed by sticking, painting, or making absorb to papers or cloths, colours like Chinese ink(black), shell(white), powdered mineral pigments(blue/green), mud(khaki), mercurial compound(red), metal like gold and silver. Glue water is used as medium.

The works shown here are all made with materials for Japanese painting. These materials are difficult to use as they are easily influenced by natural environment, but they can create very beautiful atmosphere.
