• Possess a license to teach Japanese and be able to communicate in English (conversational).
• Be able to travel to a client’s office or home in the greater Tokyo area (including Saitama, Kanagawa, Chiba, Gunma and so on ).
• Possess a passion as a professional Japanese instructor, and plan to continue teaching for the long-term.
• Possess professionalism, and teach Japanese as a career.
• Daily operations are mostly done via Internet; therefore, you need to be proficient with the Internet and PCs.  Furthermore, you must be willing to learn in order to gain new skills.
  
• Be able to communicate and actively join the discussion to develop an effective curriculum as well as operation.
• Be able to understand the concept of “work sharing”. Be able to perform and become responsible for your own tasks.

• Be able to respond to clients corresponding to this advertisement.

If you can meet the above requirements, we would like you to join our team regardless of your gender, age, nationality, or experience.  After a year of working with us, we will hire you as an official instructor.

• You will be responsible for everything concerning your client.  You are expected not only to teach but also to perform all the daily tasks shared among other instructors.
• We aim to act as professional language instructors.  We need to minimize operating cost and provide a competitive lesson fee.  In order to achieve this, Internet skills are very important. 
• We operate our organization based on transparency & fairness.  We also set standard rules and operate based on the rules.  If you are unable to comply with the rules, we may give you a warning or ask you to leave the organization.
• Evaluation of your lesson is measured based on how long your client takes your lessons.  If lessons are terminated in a short period, we will give a warning. 
  
  Of course, making these kinds of rules is one of the tasks of each member.
